Delivery routes for small fleets
Two vans, forty stops, one tap. $29.
Paste today's orders. Drop plans a route for each driver, puts it on their iPhone, and sends your customers a tracking link and a photo when it's delivered. All in your business's name.
Free for one driver. Drop 3 is $29 a month for three drivers. iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch.
A delivery day in four steps
Orders in
Paste a text thread, an email or a spreadsheet, import a CSV, or scan a printed order sheet. Drop finds the names, addresses and time windows, and flags any address it isn't sure about.
Plan in a minute
Drop splits the stops between your drivers and orders each route around delivery windows and service time. Drag a stop to another driver if you know better, then send.
Drive
The next stop is on the driver's Lock Screen. One tap opens Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze. Drop notices the arrival, and Delivered takes two taps: a photo and a preset like “Left at front door”.
Customers know
Customers get an email with an estimated window and a tracking link, an update if the driver is running late, and the photo once it's delivered.
For the office
- Every van on one map, with the routes running late flagged
- Move a stop between drivers or add a last-minute order mid-day; the driver's phone updates in seconds
- Failed deliveries land in one list with the driver's reason and photo
- “Where's the Miller order?” answered from one search box
- Daily and weekly reports: on-time rate, time on route, miles, cost per stop
For the driver
- Big buttons and the next stop on the Lock Screen
- Arrival noticed on its own, so the stop card opens when they get there
- Time-stamped photo proof in two taps, a signature when you need one
- No signal? Everything is saved on the phone and sent when it comes back
- Siri and Apple Watch for “What's my next stop?” and Arrived
Proof when a customer says it never came
Every delivery keeps its photos and signature exactly as captured, with the time, the place and a fingerprint that shows nothing was changed. Send the customer the proof page, or download a PDF for a dispute. Proof can be deleted by the owner, but nobody can edit it.
Planning that runs on your iPad
Drop plans an 80-stop day with delivery windows in about half a second, on the device, and lands within about 1% of Google's OR-Tools on our 40-day benchmark. That's why it can cost $29.How Drop plans routes.
What Drop never does
- Promise your customers a time. Every ETA is an estimated window with your name on it.
- Track drivers off the clock. Location runs only between Start route and End route, and the driver sees when it's on. Driver location notice.
- Ask what you delivered. An order is a reference and an item count; there's nowhere to put a prescription.
- Hold money. Cash on delivery is a note the driver ticks, never a ledger.
- Edit proof. Photos and signatures stay as captured.
- Sell, share or train on your customers' data. No ads, no third-party analytics. Export or delete it any time.
