If you make your own deliveries, Drop costs nothing. Plan the day’s route, drive it with the next stop on your Lock Screen, and email each customer a photo when it’s delivered. No credit card, and no time limit.
Who it’s for
The florist who closes the shop at 2 and does the run, the baker with a dozen wholesale stops before opening, the one-truck business that plans its day on a notepad. You’re the dispatcher and the driver, so Drop gives you both: plan on your iPhone, iPad or Mac, and drive with your iPhone.

The limits, plainly
- One driver. One person sent out on a route each day.
- 25 stops a day. This is a soft limit. If a busy day runs over, the route still finishes.
- Proof kept 30 days. Photos and signatures older than that are removed. Export them first if you want to keep them.
- A “Sent with Drop” line at the bottom of your customer emails. Paid plans send them in your name only.
Recurring routes, van capacity, proof PDFs, CSV exports and the driver on the customer’s tracking page are part of the paid plans.
When you grow
Hire a second driver and move to Drop 3, $29 a month for up to three drivers, or Drop 10 at$49 a month with a 14-day free trial. Upgrade from inside the app whenever you’re ready. Your customers, orders, routes and proof all stay where they are, and paid plans keep proof for2 years.
If a paid plan ends, your business is view-only until you pick a plan or choose to continue on Free. Free then keeps the Free limits above.
